Cindy Doomernik is our Office Manager, and may be your first point of contact for new referrals or your first visit to the office. She strives to provide a comfortable and safe environment for clients. She will be happy to address any concerns or questions you have and works closely with the team to place new referrals.

Cindy is a Toronto native who has over 25 years of managerial and administrative experience. Her love of psychology began at York University with a major in Psychology. She later transferred to the University of Toronto where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science. Upon completion of her degree she began a long and successful career at IBM Canada Ltd., supporting over 20 Caribbean islands within the Procurement, Finance & Administrative departments. During her years at IBM she had the opportunity to work and travel abroad, be a member of several multinational teams, and participate in a myriad of exciting projects.

Cindy’s passion and aptitude for Psychology remained a constant, and when she was provided the opportunity to move into the mental health industry as an Office Manager, it was a happy marriage. Her empathic style and background in Psychology, along with her keen business skills, proved to be an excellent match. 

She was instrumental in automating several of the offices policies and practices resulting in improved communications and enhanced client experience. She increased team building, networking and continues to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all. Cindy is described by clients and coworkers as compassionate, warm, and dedicated.
